Mario vELASCO

is a Latinamerican visual artist, line drawer, and digital illustrator born in southern Colombia.

Velasco’s work emerges from a visual and cultural lineage, shaped through a sustained dialogue with art history, discipline, and a lifelong devotion to the line. From an early age, he understood the line as both light and shadow, and form as the tension between what is revealed and what remains unseen. Trained in Law by family legacy, his inner self cried out for ART. Over decades of sustained practice, drawing became his way of thinking and the line a tool for visual extraction.

Moving from hand-drawn gesture to digital language, his work unites latinamerican tradition and digital innovation, activating space through rhythm, movement, and essence.
